Introduction of each layer of packaging in the biosafety column transport box
The first layer of the biosafety shipping box: used to contain microorganisms; waterproof and leak-proof, and wrapped with enough absorbent material to absorb quickly in the event of a leak.
The second layer of 95KPA sealed can: strong, waterproof, leak-proof, used to protect the first layer. The container is a polyester airtight container to prevent leakage due to vibration, temperature, humidity and pressure changes during transportation. Through the sealing test of the R grid, the internal pressure of 95KPa can withstand the temperature range of -40C to +55'c without leakage.
The specific requirements of this layer of packaging adopt the GB/T15170 standard. This layer can hold multiple first-layer containers containing microorganisms, with sufficient absorbent material between them. These materials can be wrapped with fibrous wadding, cotton, paper towels, or commercial absorbents.
The third layer of outer packaging: used to protect the inner packaging. The outer packaging can be cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, sturdy plastic boxes, etc. Shippers, recipients, and microorganisms should be labeled and described. In order to reduce the temperature in the package, according to the types and needs of bacteria (toxins), place cold storage and heat storage accessories between the second and third layers.
